Hannibal For King Challenge
Hannibal For King is a living legend - the man who inspired thousands of people to build muscle using only their bodyweight.
This challenge is based on his famous workout called „Around the World“.
Why should you try it?
The workout has only 3 exercises – Pull Ups, Push Ups and Dips. These essential exercises can amazingly build muscle in your upper body. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or an advanced athlete. There is only one condition: you have to do them in a way that challenges your body.
How to do it?
- The challenge is to do as many rounds of these 3 exercises as you can
- Rest when needed – try to keep pauses as short as possible
The original Hannibal's workout is based on preset time. It means that you choose how long you want to workout – for example 1 hour, and then try to do as many rounds as you can in that time. You can create a workout with 30 rounds and see how far many rounds you completed in one hour. Post your results in the comments below!
