AFTER JULY 5th 2016 MADBARZ WORKOUTS WILL CHANGE

We'll be changing current Madbarz routines and exercise names.

The old version of routines will not be available unless you save them before July 5th.


MAIN CHANGES

Thanks to your feedback we've decided to add more exercises and routines. We'll also update old routines to make the app more accessible for everyone.

There are 3 important changes:

  1. You'll get new exercises and workout routines for free
  2. Some Madbarz routines will change names and exercises, some will be removed
  3. Names of some exercises will be changed

The full list of changes is available at the end of this post.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

If you want to make sure that you can still use the older version of Madbarz routines after the update, you'll have to save all your favorite routines before July 5th. Why?

  • All Madbarz routines that you save now will be available in your Custom workout list in the same version as before the change (with the same name and exercises)
  • Your Custom workouts list that includes all saved workouts will not be affected by the change

You can save unlimited number of workouts with the Madbarz Premium.

CHANGES IN MADBARZ ROUTINES:


The following exercises will be removed only from listed routines. But don't worry, all exercises removed from routines will still be available in the app for creating your own custom workouts. If you save a Madbarz routine before the update you can have it untouched, as it was before the change, in your Custom Workouts.


PUSH UP ROUTINE

  • Pseudo Push Ups will be removed
  • Higher Decline Push Ups will change to Decline Push Ups

TOUGH CORE

  • Windshield Wipers will be removed
  • Side Plank Left and Right will be added
  • Lying Leg Raises

NO EQUIPMENT

  • Lying Leg Raises will be removed

DOORWAY NIGHTMARE

  • Wall Sit will be removed

ON THE GO

  • Pseudo Push Ups will be removed

FULL BODY HYPE

  • Pseudo Push Ups will be removed
  • Sit Up will be chagned to Side Plank Left and Right

HEART ATTACK

  • Horizontal Jump will be removed
  • Walking lunges will be changed to Lunges
  • Vertical Jump will be changed to Burpees

CAN’T WALK

  • Box Jump will be removed
  • Calf Raises will be removed
  • Wall Sit will be added

CHEST ROUTINE

  • Dips will be removed

QUAD BOOST

  • Sprint will be removed
  • Calf Raises will be removed
  • Jumping Jacks will be added
  • Wall Sit will be added

FAT REMOVAL

  • Dips will be removed
  • Run will be changed to Burpees

SHOULDER CONTROL

  • Dips will be removed
  • Higher Decline Push Ups will be changed to Decline Push Ups
  • Inclined Pull Ups will be removed

INSANE CARDIO

  • Horizontal Jumps will be removed

ABS IN PARK

  • Half Burpee will be removed

TRICEPS LIMIT

  • Bodyweight Skull Crushers will be removed
  • Plank will change to Diamond Push Ups

BICEPS TRICEPS

  • Korean Dips will be removed

BACK AND BICEPS TORTURE

  • Inclined Pull Ups will be removed

DIP AND PUSH

  • Korean Dips will be removed

IRON SHOULDERS
